Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ChinaAI Access website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Nature of the Service
ChinaAI Access is an informational guide and comparison tool for Chinese AI models. We provide model directories, pricing summaries, tutorials, official provider links, and a limited evaluation playground for comparing model responses. We are not an official representative of any model provider, and we do not sell paid production API access, broker provider accounts, provide phone numbers, provide payment accounts, or perform identity verification for users.
Third-Party Providers
Links, pricing data, model availability, API behavior, and playground responses may depend on third-party providers such as AI model vendors, OpenRouter, cloud services, analytics providers, advertising networks, and documentation sites. When you use a third-party service or follow an external link, that provider's own terms, privacy policy, pricing, rate limits, and acceptable-use rules apply.
Playground Use
The playground is provided for lightweight evaluation and comparison only. It is not a production SLA-backed API service. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or personal information in playground prompts. We may limit, throttle, suspend, or disable playground access at any time to control cost, abuse, reliability, or compliance risk.
Prohibited Use
You may not use ChinaAI Access to violate laws, evade sanctions or export controls, bypass provider terms, automate abuse, scrape the site in a disruptive way, or seek assistance with account brokering, phone-number procurement, payment-account procurement, identity verification bypasses, or other circumvention services.
Content Accuracy
We strive to keep pricing, benchmarks, and other information accurate and up to date, but providers may change their offerings at any time. Always verify details on the official provider website before making purchasing decisions.
Limitation of Liability
ChinaAI Access is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of information on this site, playground results, model outputs, or interactions with third-party providers linked from or used by this site.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
